Our exquisite new 47 String Pedal Harp
THE MALVERN
|
 |
The focus of attention at a reception at St David's Hall, Cardiff during
the 7th European Harp Symposium was our new 47 string pedal harp,
THE
MALVERN Among
the guests were many world-renowned harpists including Marisa Robles,
Catrin Finch and Eleanor Turner. All were treated to a dazzling recital on
The Malvern, played by Eleanor Turner, winner of the European Harp
Competition. Eleanor chose a repertoire to show
off The Malvern's huge versatility of sound and tone to the obvious
delight of harpist and audience alike. The
Malvern was also used to great affect in the wonderful playing of The
International Harp ensemble.
Guests commented not just on the new harp's clarity and depth of sound,
but also on its stylish good looks. It is designed on simple but classic
lines, and has a unique new style of extended soundboard.
