Speciality: Mechanical design, servicing and Pedal harp regulations. Peter Rovery Founder member. Began making harps in 1969. Studied all aspects of wood, metalwork and the decorative skills of Harp making. Speciality: woodwork design, construction and production organization. Jerry Blumire Founder member. Began making harps in 1978. The most musical of the team (and the best voice). Speciality: laminated woodwork, lever harp regulation, hand-painted designs. Peter Cunningham Founder member. Began making harps in 1973 incorporating cabinet making and carpentry skills. Speciality: woodwork design, construction and finishing. Richard Haugh Joined Pilgrim in 1998. Metal production and assembly, precision in mechanics for reliability of the pedal movement. James Clarke Joined Pilgrim in 1997. Woodwork production, Speciality: laminated woodwork, soundbox construction and assembly.
