Restoration
& Repair Restoration and repair is a vital part of our work. From the small accident to the major repair we can restore your instrument back to full playing condition. Though our designs are pushing forward the sound capabilities of the harp, we are ever appreciative of the designs and styles of the past. These lovely instruments are worth restoring. We are highly experienced in restoration and repair of the older instruments and are able to advise you as to the best course of action for each Harp. Some of our work is to repair old harps for enthusiasts who like the delicate and mellow resonance of older instruments This may be a 150 year old Grecian Erard or a 70 year old Lyon and Healy. We have the experience and enthusiasm to undertake this work from the basics to a full restoration and re-gilding of a harp to its former glory.   |
